Power Barre
Power Barre is an advanced class focused on low-impact, ballet-based movements to challenge muscles, improve endurance, and enhance strength, flexibility, and balance. It challenges participants with more intense exercises, aiming to push their muscles and endurance to the limit. It is not suitable for beginners.

Power Hour
Our cardio-centric interval training class that's designed to elevate your heart rate and build strength. For 60 minutes, you'll engage in dynamic movements using weights and accessories to strengthen and tone your muscles, while also working on improving your balance and overall fitness.

Sculpt
Discover the perfect blend of yoga and weight training in our Sculpt classes! Experience a dynamic cross-training workout using dumbbells, bands, and bodyweight exercises to challenge your strength, endurance, and cardiovascular thresholds. Each strength move is followed by a relaxing yoga pose, creating a balance between intensity and serenity.

In this low impact stretching class, we gently stretch and lengthen your muscles, improve your flexibility, and reduce stress.
